The lounge, dining room and kitchen is a sunny open plan space with a high ceiling and 2 sets of double doors leading onto the pool, terrace and garden. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and separate pantry with lots of storage space. The lounge has comfortable chairs, television and dvd. 2 sunny bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with wooden furniture and views over the garden. The bathroom is between both bedrooms and has a bath and shower. Internet access.
Rectangular swimming pool with roman steps. A stone sun terrace runs around the pool and there are several areas of lawn shaded by olive trees. A covered terrace with stone barbecue and cooking area. A small gravel garden behind the villa with trees and shrubs. From here there are lovely views of the dramatic Puig de Maria mountain with its 18th-century monastery perched on the top. There is a path up to the monastery which has magnificent views down over Pollensa to the sea.
