Inside this one storey villa there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom all with air conditioning, one full bathroom, and an ample and traditionally decorated living/dining room with satellite TV which opens onto the outside terrace. A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher complete the interior of the villa
Outside there is a lovely shaded furnished terrace, a further shower room with WC and the swimming pool surrounded by some lawned area and a built in barbecue.
Pool size: 8 x 4 mts.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

The place is spectacular, quiet, close to the village by car, we got lost when we arrived and we called and they immediately helped us, to repeat
Lovely quiet Villa tucked away between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Six of us used it as a base to cycle from. Comfortable place to stay and great BBQ to use too.
Beautiful house with large pool and outdoor area. Everything as in the pictures. Perfect location for quiet family holidays with mountain view. Communication goes smoothly!
We had a great time. The stay is in a beautiful location, close to all the sights of Mallorca. The house is as in the pictures. It was neatly cleaned, but the bathroom is in need of an update. The pool is wonderfully large and clean, and equipped with all the comforts. BBQ is great! The WiFi does not work. Contact Portvil in love smoothly.

We had a super nice time! With six girls, the two bathrooms were a little small, but we quickly came to terms with that!The pool and quiet location were excellent, we could quickly go to the beach or to Pollenca by bike!Amenities were better than we expected, the kitchen and bathroom in the house could use an update but were perfectly fine for a week!We would always come back!
Great little house. Looks better in person. Amazing views of mountains. Perfectly situated between the town center and port. 6/7 minutes to both. There is no ac in the living room so we left the doors open, because there are no screens on the windows and doors we were fighting off mosquitoes- bring plenty of bug spray. Just a thing to note is that the second bathroom is located in a detached structure by the pool. Not sure if it says it in the listing. It didn’t bother us because we were a family of 4. Comfy beds that we pushed together. We loved our stay at this house :)
Absolutely lovely villa, we had a fab holiday here for a week. Kitchen was very basic but it worked well for us. We used the outdoor shower as our main shower. The swimming pool was amazing, our little boy spent so much time in there. Very clean villa & super quiet road. Cleaners were super friendly when they came & changed the bed linen/ towels. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
