The terrace area is surrounded by established palm trees and foliage which offer complete privacy. The villa has a South Westerly aspect, so enjoys all day sunshine. There is also a fabulous roof top terrace area where you can relax on the sofa style seating or soak up some rays on the sun loungers whilst enjoying the view over the Port.
The villa has 4 generous bedrooms, 3 of which have access to terraced areas, the distribution of the bedrooms are, upstairs a master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, and 2 x twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and downstairs you have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa has hot and cold air conditioning, off road parking and a 24 hour security system.
Damage deposit of £1000.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
