Fantastic location close to restaurants, shops and cafe bars but far enough along the Pine Walk to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the original Puerto Pollensa. Most locals consider this area to be the real Puerto Pollensa. Situated on the Pine Walk in front of the Boquer mountains and overlooking a picturesque sandy cove beach.
This light and airy house is located on the famous Paseo Voramar or Pinewalk, with a privileged location on the sea, facing a quiet and spectacular beach with crystal clear water. In addition, thanks to its direct access to the promenade, you can walk to shops, restaurants and services around Puerto Pollensa.
The house has been completely reformed, so you will enjoy excellent and modern facilities in an unbeatable location. The property is built on two floors and has two entrances, from the Pine Walk on the sea and also the back street.
On the ground floor, accessing from the beach, we find two terraces, one with benches and the other with a dining table, both with spectacular sea views and access to the house, which is a little elevated from the street. Entering from the sea, we access the spacious and bright living room with views of the sea and the Fortress, as well as the semi-open kitchen, with direct access to the rear patio, where the laundry is located.
On the first floor we find the 3 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views.
If you're looking for a conveniently positioned Pine Walk apartment in Puerto Pollensa, then look no further.
