This traditional country house with Finca Simóvell is located at the foot of the Tramuntana, between Sa Pobla and Puerto de Alcudia. The still managed estate is only a few kilometers from Puerto Pollenca and the fantastic sandy beaches of Platja de Muro.
Surrounded by nature, Finca Simovell is a huge traditional Mallorquin property with fantastic views in a splendid setting, surrounded by vineyards, almonds and olive trees and an absolute dream property for all nature lovers. The idyllic outdoor area stretches over an impressive 400,000 m² with its own hiking trail into the surrounding mountain landscape. The entire estate is very well maintained and generously laid out and with many hidden corners. The huge saltwater pool (16m x 4m) is in the middle of this oasis and a real highlight. In addition to the main building there is even an in-house bodega with wines from its own grapes, and a large modern barbecue at your disposal.
When you arrive at the main house, you enter through a large glass door into the light-flooded entrance area with adjacent living room in modern open style. The entire interior is light and comfortable. The bedrooms are divided into 4 double bedrooms in the upper part of the main house and 4 double bedrooms in the adjoining buildings. All bedrooms have their own high spec, contemporary en suite bathroom. The large kitchen is professionally equipped and is ideal for business or private events and there is a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large dining room which is very convenient for larger travel groups

THE HOUSE, AVAILABILITY:
8 double rooms for 16 guests and also free option for two baby cots. All rooms have 2×2 meters bed, bathroom and air conditioning.

Damage deposit of £1200.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
