Adembenemend uitzicht.

Garrigata Del Vila

The property was absolutely amazing, the house its self was massive and could hold plenty more people. The kitchen was great, bedroom and bathrooms brilliant. The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk to centre of Polenca. Great beaches nearby and many amenities. The pool was great, however could do with some TLC. The patio around the pool is really rough and course and not very nice to walk on, I would go as far to say it hurts your feet, the pool had some broken tiles that could do with repairing and we were there for 12 nights and the pool was not cleaned once, we had to two maids throughout the stay come and they cleaned the bathrooms and bedding but lack of care when it came to the pool.

Villa La Torre

Absolutely beautiful. A real hidden gem that we would love to return to! The pool was so refreshing to cool down in especially on the hot days and it was the perfect temperature even for our 10 month old. The villa was well equipped and made for a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive and the drive from the airport was less than 40 minutes. Close to the beaches and so easy to explore Pollença and Alcúdia. Just perfect for our first family holiday in Mallorca.

We spent our vacation together as a group of friends in this house. Communication with the agency was great, as it was also possible via WhatsApp. The house was very clean and, above all, large. It is located in the middle of the city. This resulted in the only disadvantage: the streets are very narrow and there is no possibility of parking next to the house. However, there is a public parking lot a 5-minute walk away.

Lovely villa about 2 miles outside of Puerto pollenca.Villa just as described, got a fabulous welcome pack. Agency really quick to respond with an issues with the dishwasher. It’s 1/4mile from Lidl supermarket so super easy for getting supplies. On a main road but the track is long and with a bit of music you cannot hear anything. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Finca Morell Vall

The property is well located for walking into the old town of Pollenca and is set on a hillside with fantastic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It's spacious with plenty of room for 6 people to enjoy a holiday without crowding each other and the outdoor spaces and pool are fantastic. It's so quiet and peaceful and to lie and read a book in the sunshine by the pool was wonderful. It was equally lovely in the evening to sit out and eat under the stars! The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but, as there are mosquito screens on all the windows, we were able to sleep with the windows open and didn't need to use it. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large fridge, cooker and dishwasher made life easy when catering for the family. Venturing down the hill on foot into the old town to eat and shop was a bonus, as we didn't have to argue about who was going to drive back in the evening!

Access to the driveway is quite tight, so I would advise hiring a small to medium sized car. We were OK with a Ford Focus but a big 4x4 might struggle. Also the property is laid out over three floors with several different levels outdoors, which wasn't a problem for us and actually added to it's charm but it might be an issue if you're a little unstable on your feet.

An amazing villa. Would definitely recommend and already considering visiting again next year. It’s a small place as described but it’s perfect for couples. Internet worked perfectly throughout our stay so no issues if you need to work remotely. Pool was a great size and was cleaned when we arrived. The location was perfect. Out the way and really quiet/peaceful. The road to the villa is pretty tight so if you rent a car, avoid big SUVs.Hosts were great, responsive and all the instructions provided were accurate. Be sure to follow their guidelines on finding the place as Google Maps will take you the wrong way!

Villa Canrua

We were a group of 6 friends and the finca was also perfectly equipped for that. The pool was very clean and had a comfortable temperature.Due to the quiet location and no neighbors, it also didn't bother anyone if you were a little louder yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also offered us fruits and vegetables from his neighbouring field.

The garden of the house is beautiful (many bird watching are possible: Stieglitz, Greenfink, Wiedehopf, Triel, to name only the most exciting). The pool is sufficiently large and it is very quiet. The interior of the house is a bit outdated and needs some revision. But value for money was right. I would go back.

We arrived with a group of friends and a one-year-old child. We liked the house, everything you need is there (iron, hair dryer, washing machine, grill, minimal dishes). It is located 200 meters from an excellent sandy beach, to which there is a descent on a baby carriage. There are 5-6 restaurants with excellent cuisine in the town. There is a place to rent a car. In the evenings it is very quiet and calm. A great place for a leisurely family vacation with children and parents. I can also note that when organizing the arrival and further accommodation at the location, the agency company were very helpful. They organized a transfer from the airport and helped in every way by answering questions. For me there were practically no downsides, except that I can note that the pool is shared between 8 apartments.

A beautiful villa, with a stunning garden in a lovely peaceful location. The villa was very large, as were the grounds. House was lovely! Pool area was a letdown to the house (very small and water was very very shallow so not suitable for swimming). Refurbishment on the house was great, though as travelling with small children floors were very very slippy when wet (including shower) and the stairs for top level dangerous (just made sure they didn’t go up there).Overall great house, but if you want to walk to Pollenca note that it’s all on roads (albeit country lanes). Pollenca itself was so lovely!

We spent a week in the cottage and had a very nice time. The finca is very large and has enough space for 6 people. A special highlight is of course the quiet and secluded garden area with pool and outdoor cottage, where you can relax very well. Nearby are the beautiful places Pollenca and Alcudia, with lots of shopping, restaurants, sights and beaches. Since the highway is also only minutes away, you can also easily reach other destinations on the island by car. The communication was always very friendly and constructive, in case of problems we were helped quickly and competently. We'd love to come back!

We really love polllença and the townhouse was a great spot to stay and access all it has to offer. The pool is the perfect size for a dip to escape the mid day heat or a relaxing way to end the day. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped, although a couple are a little snug. The top floor is a really love place to be. An oasis within an oasis, the perfect spot for a pre dinner sundowner! We would certainly come back here for another jaunt into Pollença

Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered. The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. She is a great host and her communications are speedy and helpful. The house is spotless, very well equipped, and for us (as cyclists) it was a great location to be based, quiet and close to the cycling routes and lanes and also near the beach and restaurants of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. We’d definitely stay again- for me the outdoor space was especially welcome- so peaceful with birdsong, the pool and shady seating by the house or sunbeds by the pool.

The villa offers beautiful surroundings and high quality facilities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with elegant and modern decor. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is perfect for preparing meals for families or groups of friends. The outdoor space is well maintained and offers a pleasant space to relax. However, a downside is that the pool wasn't heated, which can be an inconvenience for those who like to swim in more temperate water. Despite this, the proximity of the villa to local shops, restaurants and attractions makes it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
