Also, on the ground floor, there is a separate entrance which leads to the laundry room and one more toilet.The inner stairs lead to the first floor where are located tastefully designed 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and 2 bathrooms. Three rooms have balconies with a stunning view of the Konavle countryside.Furthermore, this gorgeous villa has central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, Smart TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
The Villa also provides outdoor parking space for 2 cars.The closest town Cavtat is approximately 5 km from the villa and it has an excellent offer of restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful beaches. Also, you will have a great opportunity to explore one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia, the pearl of Adriatic – Dubrovnik which is about 22 km from the villa.
