All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.The garden and pool area are screened by a row of cypress trees for a good deal of privacy, and the grounds are dotted with orange and lemon trees.
