Finca Calino is a beautiful secluded villa accessed along a winding driveway. There is ample parking at the property for a number of cars. The villa boasts a guest house, sauna, ping pong table and precious views towards the Tramuntana mountains.
The light and the spacious main house have 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), a large family bathroom, modern kitchen and spacious living area. The sitting area leads on to the dining area with a large table ideal for family meals, as well as a study area with views over the expansive gardens. The house has air conditioning, central heating, TV, DVD, Hifi, WiFi and a fireplace.
The kitchen has a small breakfast table and accesses out on to the pool/ barbecue terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee machine, and plenty of cutlery and storage.
The main double bedroom has access out on to the pool terrace. The second bedroom features the fireplace and comfortable seating for when the room is not used as a bedroom. The large family bathroom has a sunken bath, walk-in shower and double sink.
The pool is located on the terrace of the main house. The private swimming pool dimensions are 7.50m x 4.00m, max depth 5.9 ft, min depth 2.6 ft. There are also two outdoor showers, as well as a sauna. Here on the terrace, there is also a large parasol and a dining table, as well as a barbecue. Table Tennis is also provided.
The guest house is accessed by the steps leading down from the main terrace. There is a kitchen/ living room area – with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and comfortable sofa here too. There is also access out on to a terrace with an additional table and seating, offering stunning views.
From the living room, you have access to the two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A (lockable) inter-connecting door leads into a twin bedroom with a lounge area and en-suite shower room- it is possible to separate these rooms. The twin bedroom can also be accessed via its own entrance on the terrace.

Myself and a bunch of friends have just had an incredible stay at this villa. The setting is absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is utterly beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Pollenca town and the port.We had the most amazing week and simply did not want to leave. We loved it.
A magnificent finca with a wonderful guesthouse . Fully equipped with all you need . Spectacular views and grounds , including a pool and sauna . Located close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa with great places to eat and sights to see . Local information is provided in a folder. To get the most from you stay we would recommend hiring a car . A fabulous place to relax and recharge and to explore at your leisure. Loved it!

Finca Calino is an impressive air conditioned house over 2 stories in easy reach of Pollensa town and the various beaches. Gorgeous drive past the fruit trees and vines leads onto a circular driveway and covered carport. We loved the ability to have so many private nooks to relax in and the pool was perfect. The landscaping and position of the house with views was Instagram gold!
