Can Colomart offers guests an opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings and also enjoy a holiday together but with a sense of independence created by the unique layout offered by the main house and the guest cottage.
Set in the stunning Colonya Valley the property has an unrivalled backdrop of the northern mountain range to its rear and of the towering Puig de Maria from the front aspect and garden and is the perfect base from which you can explore the north of Mallorca.
Accommodation across the main house and the adjacent guest cottage offers a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The main house offers a master bedroom with large double bed and an ensuite, a twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
The expansive terrace has a BBQ, al fresco dining area and solarium. There is a main swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) and jacuzzi centrally positioned for all to enjoy and by the cottage terrace a children’s /plunge pool (all 3 pools have an option to be heated upon arrival and for the duration of your holiday for an additional charge). WiFi, flatscreen TVs and Bose sound systems.
The guest cottage offers a large double bedroom with shared bathroom facilities. The spacious adjacent twin room can be interconnected for families with younger children or used independently for total privacy.The twin bedroom has a flatscreen tv. The Garden room has a double bed with walk in wet-room, flatscreen TV and “mood” lighting.
The cottage boasts a fully equipped outdoor kitchen where our guests may BBQ, prepare pizza in our wood fired oven or even cook chicken tandoori in our specially imported tandoor. The cottage terrace has a plunge pool which is fantastic for dipping in and out of, or for relaxing and star gazing late at night.
The garden and pool is in full view of the terraces so the property is very child friendly with children easily supervised or monitored.
Located one minutes drive to Pollensa, ten minutes gets you to the turquoise waters of Cala san Vicente and 15 minutes to the resort of Port Pollensa.Your base is very central to a wide range of local activity.
An outdoor router ensures strong internet connection to all areas of the property.
Damage deposit of £1000.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
