This pretty, charming property is set amongst the Pollensa countryside only a short drive from the old town. The gates at the entrance lead you along a private drive to this cottage style house.
As you enter the property you notice that it has a cosy feel. The living room has two pretty, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV. From the central hall you enter the kitchen which is bright and airy, it is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen leads through to a dining room with modern furniture, a large full length window and door lead out onto a side patio. From here you can also access the laundry room with washing machine.
On the ground floor there is also a suite, a private sitting room with sofa leads through to a double bedroom and small en suite shower room. The terrace is also accessible from this room. There is a separate bathroom with a shower / small bath combination, toilet and bidet to be found in the entrance hall of the house.
Climbing the steps to the first floor you will find a further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and beautiful views over the gardens. The second bedroom is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom has access to a private terrace at the back of the property. This is an ideal place to relax, read or catch the sun. The bathroom on the second floor has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
The outside areas offer peace and tranquility. There are two terraces at the front of the house, one of the terraces has a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a brick built barbecue. The other terrace is very spacious and also has a dining table this is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an evening BBQ.
Across the garden is the sun terrace and swimming pool. The spacious sun terrace has six sunbeds. From this area the views are stunning. There is the Puig de Maria mountain to the left and the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa in front. The mature gardens are well kept and are vibrant with a variety of shrubs, trees and grassed gardens offering guests a feeling of privacy whilst being surrounded by nature.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

Villa located on a large private plot, far enough away from neighboring villas. Pool was massive very impressed with the pool area. Rustic style villa but well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Not much not to like but if I did have any issues it would be the house is a bit close to the main road but traffic noise settled late by early evening. You'll also need a car if staying here. It's about 2km to Pollensa along a fairly busy road.
Our family loved the place and would love to come back once again some time.

Very nice grounds. Nice pool. The nearby street is easy to hear. We used it as a starting point for bike rides and were therefore little in the house. It was good for that. Well-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as oil, washing tablets, pepper and salt were available. During office hours, we were answered quickly and nicely to requests. Check-in was straightforward and easy. We had a great time.
We had a wonderful quiet week in quiet surroundings. During the day you can hear a few cars from the street, but that doesn't bother you and at night it is super quiet. We didn't miss anything! Thank you!
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. Very nice location, but a car is logically necessary here. Pollença is quickly accessible and the city has good parking in contrast to other cities. Between the mountains and great views, there are good connections to beautiful hiking trails. The Airbnb was clean and had everything necessary on site, the location offers privacy from third parties and the view of the mountains is not neglected. The house is in generally good condition, but not exceptional. For this, the driveway and the garden are nicely maintained and it is great to enjoy the day outside. The pool works perfectly and overall the Airbnb is highly recommended. For all travelers, the hiking trails on site are worth looking at and offer great views.
