The pool sits in a lovely garden which provides privacy and benefits from some leafy shade from the trees – everything adds to the traditional character of this property.
The lounge leads to a covered terrace with garden and a separate barbecue area. Next to the sitting and dining room with Majorcan furniture, you will find a modern kitchen. Three comfortable twin-bedrooms share three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 2 with showers. Please note that AC is only installed in the bedrooms, thereby ensuring you get a good nights sleep.
Pool heating can be arranged at an extra cost of £450 per week
Damage deposit of £1500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
