The villa is situated in Sol de Mallorca next to Portals Vells, the area is renowned for its numerous marinas, golf courses, and trendy shops, attracting visitors from all over the world. The villa offers a private oasis amidst the bustling surroundings, with no expense spared on size, space, and extravagance.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by an impressive driveway, leading to a large courtyard adorned with columns and a palatial entrance portal. The six-meter-high entrance hall with a glass staircase leads to a 10-meter-long bridge, which takes guests to the upper floor private sleeping area, featuring a master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with stunning en-suite bathrooms and terraces offering magnificent sea views.
The ground floor boasts an equally impressive living area, featuring four stunning bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom. Every room in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating for ultimate comfort.
The villa is decorated with valuable precious wood, including walnut doors, and matt marble inside and out, creating a bright and airy space. The living and dining room is spacious and decorated in light colours, with a large dining table and breathtaking views of the charming pool garden.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a beautifully tended garden, with a landscaped pool area consisting of three pools cascading into one. The outdoor terrace space covers an area of 250m² and is well furnished, offering guests the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views.
The villa is located in the tranquil residential area of Sol de Mallorca, just a 15-minute drive from Palma. Guests can also enjoy a short 10-minute walk to the nearby Cala Bella Dona, a small bay perfect for a refreshing swim. With six luxurious bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it the perfect destination for a lavish and private retreat.

All I have to say is: we will be back. We had a great family vacation, it has everything you need to be comfortable and host a bigger group of people. The outdoor kitchen was an absolute hit and that is where we spent all days and evenings. Close to everything, stores, beaches, beautiful little towns. The owner stopped by to water the flowers and was absolutely wonderful to chat with. We loved our time here.

A tremendous villa that you just wouldn’t expect to find with such a great pool area and outside dining options only 2 mins from the town square. Nordvillas were exceptional in terms of guidance notes(photos) to get through the charming but complex streets. They were also very attentive without crowding you. Can’t believe we found this place!!
Wonderful house with all facilities you need: comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lot of greenery around the house and is the lovely private pool. In terms of location, it's top: you look out on the mountains, with 5 minutes drive you are in the nice center of pollenca and the nearest beach is 8 minutes drive. The most beautiful beaches are a little further away, which are an hour's drive away.
We had a wonderful stay. The house is surrounded by nature and a farm. Everything is incredibly pretty, from the garden, to the spacious rooms and the kitchen. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is breathtaking. We had great runs in the morning and beautiful stays and dinners by the pool.
We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.
Great house with plenty of space - parking a problem and a little dangerous with young children and a busy street with cars whizzing past the front door - but all in all FAB!

Lovely, well kept Villa in a very quiet location. Beautiful garden area with a great view of the mountains. It’s about 2km out of the town so you need to be prepared for a fair (but very pleasant!) walk if you don’t want to drive in the evenings. Had a great time. Thank you.

We stayed in Mallorca for a week and were very comfortable in the finca. The finca is perfect for two people, in a great location and yet perfect to retreat when you need some peace and quiet. The fresh figs and grapes from the garden were part of our breakfast every morning. We would come back anytime.Communication was also great. Very reliable, pleasantly emailed, and quick responses. Everything great!
The villa is a bit out of the way with no direct neighbours. For us it is just ideal for relaxing. The pool is fantastic. We felt very comfortable.
Exactly as described and on the photos - nice outdoor area and quiet surroundings. Unfortunately there were many mosquitos which made being outside difficult - this may be seasonal and it is outside the hosts control. Agent was fantastic with their communications and in helping us with fans, check-ins and the extra cot.

Location and Garden were very good!
The villa was beautiful and the location is perfect for being close to Pollenca. Really spacious, comfy bed and furniture and really well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine and some essentials, milk, juice, tea etc. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was very cold but to be expected in October! The only complaint was the machine/ chain saw noise from a neighbour for most days of our stay which did spoil the tranquility, but not really something the villa owners can help and probably wouldn’t be a regular thing, just unlucky for us. Overall a great villa and lovely location.
