Nice things come in small pacjkages, this pretty cottage for 2/3 people, just one km from Pollensa old town. It is idyllically and quietly situated at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.
A paved path will take you to your vacation home, which is surrounded by a 3,500sqm plot. The ground floor house has a living area of 83sqm. So you have a comfortably furnished living and dining area. Entertaining TV nights can be spent on the comfortable sofa and the accompanying armchairs.
There is a TV with satellite TV available. Also provided a CD and a DVD player. At the dining table for 4 people, you can comfortably enjoy your daily meals, for the preparation of which a fully equipped kitchen is available. Here you will find a 4 burner gas stove with oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also an espresso machine, a toaster and a kettle for your convenience. Crockery and cutlery are also available in sufficient quantity. Thus, best conditions for optimal self-sufficiency are given.
You also have handy cooking utensils that make your kitchen work easier. An ironing board and an ironing board are also available. A wireless internet connection enables online contact with acquaintances or friends.The bedroom, furnished with a 2m x 2m double bed, promises restful nights. This room as well as the living and dining area are air conditioned, so that even on hot summer days, a pleasant indoor temperature is given. The air conditioners have a warm-cold function. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, which completes the good features of your holiday home.Good shopping, typical restaurants and cozy cafes can be reached on foot,in Pollenca.

A very nice house with a clean pool and a garden, I would recommend.
The location of the villa, just a short walk from Pollenca and at the foot of the mountains was perfect for our stay. The facilities including a BBQ and swimming pool were all we could ask for and plenty of towels were provided, so no need to waste precious packing space! The villa is incredibly private and not overlooked at all. We will definitely be back!
We had a great holiday in this Finca perfect for a couple! The decor is beautiful and well chosen, the owners thought of everything.
We had an amazing stay! We stayed for a week, The villa has everything you need, even the blankets for colder evenings.The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and barbecue place is lovely,The pool has amazing lights in the evening- close you can find Lidl and Eroski supermarket 10 min by walk.
I had a week long stay here with my son. We both absolutely loved the villa it was as the pictures described probably even better. The outdoor space is fantastic & we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the seating and bbq area is just a pleasure to be around. It is such a peaceful and relaxing area (noise free) with just a short walk into Pollenca town which is a stunning place to visit. I would definitely recommend a stay here and return for another holiday. It’s a great location to base yourself from, we hired a car and had some fantastic days out to Lluc Monastery Port Pollenca any many great beaches. Thank you
Very nice place. Super pool and place as described. Very fast and pleasant communication with agent. The beds are a bit hard and the driveway is a bit tight, but you get used to both very quickly! We would come back!
We booked the finca for 3 weeks and were able to enjoy every day. We arrived a little earlier for check-in, but were still able to get into the property. A great facility and the amenities immediately made us feel at home. The pool is already outstanding and a highlight. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. The agency and owner were always available and helped. Towels were exchanged regularly. All in all, this finca is an absolute recommendation! Thanks for the wonderful time.
Great stay, beautiful location and we got lucky with the weather !Few issues on the last day but Agent was quick to respond and so was the owner and issues were resolved by the end of the day.
Beautiful place in a perfect location. And they provided a crib and highchair for my baby. Things to note are the water is not potable so you'll need to buy water for drinking, etc. Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided. You'll also need to purchase any coffee, oil, salt, etc. you might need.
