On this floor we also find a large and spectacular dining room connected to an office, the pantry and the large and bright kitchen. The kitchen has a central island which has retained the style of the old kitchen. There are all new appliances and an informal dining area as well as a direct access to a patio and garden.
On the ground floor we also find a bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom en suite, as well as two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the garden.
In the front porch of the house we find a living area with views to all the garden and an outdoor dining area.
