Morell Vall is a large well distributed country house with easy access to both Pollensa old town and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa.The interiors are finished to a high standard with lots of detail and thought given to its guests.
Outside, the pool and terraces are well equipped for large groups with outdoor living in mind.
The house boasts five large bedrooms ideal for large families or friends travelling together.The distribution of the property gives large groups both space and privacy.
To one side of the property there is a ground floor double bedroom with separate family bathroom, taking the staircase here there is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace with precious views of the surrounding countryside and the pool area below.
To the other side of the villa there are two more upstairs bedrooms accessed by another staircase. This staircase does not connect to the other bedrooms on the other side of the house. Ideal for large groups and families sharing a holiday together. Here there is a large double bedroom and a large twin bedroom with shared bathroom.
On the ground floor there is an extensive open plan living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate dining room with access to the outside terraces.
The summer kitchen also has air conditioning. This is a full open plan kitchen with long dining table to seat 12 guests.
There is a TV and music system and to the back of the summer kitchen there is a shower room and a large utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.The exteriors of the villa are very well maintained.
The grounds are surrounded by high conifer trees and the entrance has electric gates. There is a charming Japanese garden with a pond full of water lilies to one side of the gardens which is safely fenced off.
The villa has ample parking close to the entrance too.The infinity pool has a waterfall feature which offers jets of cold water ideal for massaging the back and neck muscles while you cool off. There is a sun terrace with sun loungers for all guests and the owner provides each guest with a pool towel to use during their stay.There is a barbecue area with seating - perfect for al fresco dining.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2 adult/night).

just arrived home after a wonderful stay in Finca Morell Vall with a group of friends. the Finca is in a great location, a short drive from the nearest shops (Lidl), the old town and also the Port. it was really well stocked with everything we needed, and brilliant communication from the agency. the Finca is perfect for large groups, with numerous places to sit outside, plenty of cooking space and a wonderful pool to relax in.
Beautiful spacious villa with great outside space that kept every one entertained, the table tennis and basket ball hoop provided my adult children hours of fun! We spent all our time in the well equipped outside kitchen and by the lovely pool. Close to Pollenca old town for fabulous restaurants and shops (5 min drive away). The beaches of Port de Pollenca and Cala san Vicente are close by too. Our communication with the host and Marti (the owner) was easy and they responded to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon!!
We had a fantastic time at the villa and everything was just how we imagined it. Perfect for a large family holiday with plenty of space and a ideal location to explore the island.We met the owner on several occasions and he was charming. Can’t fault the place.
All I have to say is: we will be back. We had a great family vacation, it has everything you need to be comfortable and host a bigger group of people. The outdoor kitchen was an absolute hit and that is where we spent all days and evenings. Close to everything, stores, beaches, beautiful little towns. The owner stopped by to water the flowers and was absolutely wonderful to chat with. We loved our time here.
Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.
A beautiful property for a group of people. The outdoor area is a great place for relaxing in the evening and eating. The pool is fabulous.
Beautiful villa which was perfect for our family group break. Spotlessly clean with a helpful welcome pack on arrival. We all had a great fun at the villa with lots of days by the pool, found the pool house/kitchen very helpful for al fresco lunches and bbq dinners. Good location to drive out to Pollença and Alcudia, as well as the stunning beach at Formentor.
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Morell Vall! It was the perfect spot as the base for all of our bike riding adventures in the beautiful mountains of Mallorca! It was wonderful to come back from long rides and enjoy the beautiful pool and spacious kitchen. I would definitely recommend to others.
We had a great time in Pollenca and loved staying at this beautiful residence. The pool is big enough for the kids to swim and play and the house is perfect for many people. We enjoyed playing table tennis and the stunning views.
The villa is in traditional style so it stays nice and cool inside, plus the AC works well. It is quite well soundproofed so good for sleeping. There is a large terrace on the first floor which has nice views and is lovely to sit on - only accessed through two bedrooms. The pool is lovely and there are 10 good sun loungers and a few umbrellas. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions. The area is quiet and peaceful - you do need a car to go anywhere, but it’s a very short drive to both Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa. The only negative was there were loads of mosquitoes however, this is probably the same across the whole area in summer.
