Finca Safira is a beautiful traditional Finca, with high beamed ceilings, located in the the peaceful and calm agricultural area of Marraxi, which is just a few kilometers north of Palma – it takes approximately 12 minutes by car to Palma.
Finca Safira is set on a large plot of approximately 16.000 m2 of established garden with extensive lawns, offering complete privacy there are mature fruit and olive trees and a wonderful new private salt water pool approximately 5 x 10 metres. There are ample loungers /parasols and quality day beds for your enjoyment, a hammock for an afternoon siesta and several exterior dining areas to enjoy alfresco dining and the beautiful grounds.
The garden surrounds the house through a portico at the main entrance and a gazebo both covered with bright bougainvillea, honeysuckle and more. The garden also has a fishpond and 10 sculptures by Miguel Sarasate. The garden also has natural fruit trees including lemon, oranges and figs. From the finca you can see the city of Palma and views of the impressive Sierra de Tramuntana.
The house itself is approximately 1000m2, with numerous sitting/ TV lounges and dining areas, there is high speed WI-FI internally and externally, a new kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (fitted May 2022) and seven bedrooms (all of them with AC) and four of them have en -suite bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 6 are located on the 1st floor with fabulous far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. All beds are doubles and can’t be separated.
5 hours daily housekeeping Mon – Friday is included in the rental.
Damage deposit of £1000.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).
