The open plan living, dining-kitchen opens out onto an ample, furnished terrace with partial sea views. To the side of the property there is a large terrace with dining set and barbecue. The property is fully air conditioned and offers Wifi and Smart TV.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit cardprior to arrival and refunded after departure.

We had a very relaxing week in this high quality apartment in excellent location and close to good restaurants and bars but most of all, the beach.
I would recommend this place, very clean, spacious and 2 steps from the beach!
We loved our stay. The place is perfectly located with easy beach access. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fantastic with more than everything we needed. Great host and followed up on anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and wifi speed was great for us which is important because we were working most of the time we were there. We loved the patio and beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back!
We stayed there for our Easter break with our 2 young children. The apartment was as per pictures. Situated a stone throw from a beautiful beach. Puerto Pollensa and supermarkets only 10 minute drive away.
The property is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, luminous and a few steps from the beach. It is well equipped (we counted at least 3 different coffee machines according to how one would like to brew) and we appreciated a linen/towel change after a few days. We visited in low season, when the cove is very quiet in the evening and slept very well. Temperature being mild we did not use the A/C much, but seemed to be well set to cope with the summer heat. There was plenty of street parking, so we did not use the private underground garage where access is a bit tight if one comes with a long car, but manageable - come to that, one would need a car for more conspicuous shopping as the two small grocers in the cove do not carry much. A LIDL/EROSKI are within 5 minutes drive.We came to cycle and that's our second time in this part of the island we believe is perfectly located for good rides, low traffic and better air.We will most likely come back to one of the properties in this block.
Very well located apartment near the beach, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, where nothing missing! The Agent is very responsive to any problems. A perfect stay!

The apartment was spotless. In a fantastic location (literally 20 metres to the beach).Had all appliances that you would need for example coffee machine, hair dryer etc.Perfect holiday accommodation.
