Upon arrival, a large wrought-iron gate opens to a spacious parking area surrounded by well-kept gardens adorned with palm and fruit trees. The main entrance leads into a bright and spacious dining room that connects seamlessly to a cosy living area and a modern open kitchen. The finca’s elegant design incorporates traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, arches, and wooden beams, which blend harmoniously with contemporary decor, neutral colour schemes, and intelligent lighting.
The dining room features a large table with seating for 12 and is equipped with air conditioning, making it perfect for gatherings. Adjacent is the comfortable living area with a huge Smart TV and air conditioning for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a large American-style fridge-freezer. A door from the kitchen leads to the rear of the house, where a spacious built-in barbecue and a pergola offer an ideal space for outdoor meals.
The ground floor also features a cosy reading nook and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. This room can be configured as a double or twin room upon request.
The upper floor houses the remaining bedrooms. Upon ascending the stairs, guests are greeted by a central hall. On the right is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the left corridor leads to additional rooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, and three others feature en-suite bathrooms.
