The location is idyllic, and is reached via a drive through the pine woodland only at approximately 10 minutes drive to Pollensa old town. The villa is built in traditional style, and it has a lovely lawn area that surrounds the Roman stepped swimming pool. It is an ideal place for those who are looking for an authentic rural retreat.
Inside the property is comfortable and it is well furnished and equipped with terracotta tiles, white washed walls, beamed ceilings, and exterior stone clad walls. All is on one level. The accommodation offers a master double bedroom and one twin room sharing a full bathroom with bath/shower. There is a good sized lounge dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable seating area and an American style fitted kitchen with an electric hob, gas top, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The thick stone walls provide a cool ambience although there is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The well maintained gardens have grassed areas around the swimming pool with steps, furnished sun terraces and a built in BBQ. The covered garden patio is an ideal al-fresco dining area as well as the area near the barbecue. It is a rural cottage but very well maintained and equipped.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).
A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking.

It's a nice place for family, very private. The house is decorated beautifully and the host provided necessary equipments. Its also easy to communicate with the host
We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!
