On the ground floor we can find a new, lovely fitted kitchen totally equipped with all modern appliances such as an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob etc. From the kitchen, there is a door that leads onto the rear furnished terrace and where the pool is located. A spacious separate lounge dining area is also on this level of the property. It has a capacity for six guests and has a big chaise-long sofa, as well as a large flat-screen TV.
