Only the ground floor area is for rent, upstairs is closed off for the owner's storage. The villa decoration is rustic and antique style mixed with modern pictures. The villa is very close to a supermarket and to the main road that links Pollensa with Puerto Pollensa. The entrance is through a covered terrace and leads to a small lounge/dining room. To the left there is a double bedroom with antique furnishings. Also a door leads to a small passageway where the rest of the bedrooms and bathroom are. All the bedrooms benefit of air conditioning units. Through the outside terrace a door leads to the fitted kitchen.
The Large built-in BBQ is located by the pool area and consists of a wood bread oven, BBQ grill, washbasins and a fireplace. An outside bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine complete the villa.
This villa offers visitors the opportunity to experience a taste of typical rural Mallorcan life with the advantage of a private pool and short distances to all amenities and restaurants.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

It is a very nice house, the pool area is very nice and you can be comfortable there. What we didn't like was the location that is in a medium “industrial” area. On the other side is the supermarkets very close and also Puerto Pollença and Pollença.
Villa is not centrally located. Nevertheless, you have good opportunities to go shopping (Lidl is only a few meters away). A beautiful quiet area, where you also have your peace but can still see a lot. Communication was great because the company was always easily accessible! Can highly recommend the villa. Rather suitable for good weather, as the entrance is not as cozy as you imagine at a villa. Nevertheless, good bedrooms and a living room to sit together.

We were 3 adults and 3 smaller children. The home is super convenient for grocery shopping, the bus and close to the airport. It was super easy to take the bus to other cities/beaches. We wanted to cook but lacked instructions for the oven, the text on the oven was worn off. Instructions for the washing machine were also missing. We had a lovely holiday and would like to recommend the house to others - please note that the house is in a small industrial area, but you don't experience that when you are inside the plot itself.
a lovely villa set out in the heart of the local town. we enjoyed a short stay and had all the amenities required to enjoy a great holiday!
