The house shares a residential cul de sac with a handful of other villas but retains a good degree of privacy. The famous and popular old town of Pollensa is close by and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy reach.
Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa by the main door situated by the front terrace, that leads direct to the spacious lounge dinning. To the right a door leads to the fitted kitchen, totally equipped with all the necessary equipment in a holiday home. On this level of the house we can find one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. They comprise of two doubles and one twin and a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have air condition units. Outside there is a lovely built in bbq for those who loves making al fresco evening meals. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and has steps.
