Discover the charm of our three-story semi-detached villa. Ascending five steps from the front, you'll find the entrance to the villa, leading to the street-level floor (middle floor). Here, an inviting open lounge and dining area awaits, with seamless access to the terrace. The kitchen and utility room are conveniently located off the dining area, accompanied by a guest toilet. Ascending steps to the first floor, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room awaits, offering access to two terraces for your enjoyment.
From the entrance level, descend to the lower floor, where a double room with an en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, sharing a separate bathroom, provide comfortable accommodations. Each of these bedrooms opens up to the enticing pool terrace.
The pool, set amidst an L-shaped terrace, is surrounded by a manicured lawn with sun beds and a brick BBQ for outdoor relaxation. On the first floor, a table and chairs invite you to indulge in al fresco dining while enjoying panoramic views of the distant marina.
