The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating area, DVD player, Satellite TV, Optical fiber, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc. The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have the facility of air conditioning. The crystal clear mosaic tiled huge swimming pool (50 m2) has child friendly Roman steps and it is surrounded by comfortably furnished, stone paved sun terraces with grassed area. A built in barbecue area completes the exterior of the house.
