Villa Mar y Ons is a charming property located near the beach in Cala d'Or, Majorca, nestled within a quiet residential area known for its high-quality homes. This villa is the closest of all our properties to the heart of the resort, with shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and nightlife just a three-minute stroll away. As you enter through the gated entrance, a short pathway leads to the front door, which opens into a spacious hallway. This hallway connects to a large lounge and dining room, comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV (including News and International Channels) and a DVD player. Patio doors open on one side to the gardens and pool, while the opposite corner leads to the terrace. The well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher and microwave, with a door leading to a covered terrace with a BBQ and a utility area that includes a washing machine.
The ground floor of this villa near the beach in Cala d'Or houses three of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom is a charming twin with a cloakroom and WC adjacent. The second twin bedroom shares a newly renovated shower room with the first. The master double bedroom boasts an attractive en-suite shower room with WC.
Outside, steps from the rear terrace lead up to the fourth bedroom. This separate, stylishly furnished, air-conditioned studio includes twin beds, an en-suite shower room, and patio doors that open onto a spacious roof terrace, perfect for private sunbathing. Please note that the walls on the roof terrace are low, and children must be supervised at all times due to the villa’s design.
