Villa Nikola boasts two main highlights. The first is the inviting heated infinity pool with sun decks, complemented by a wellness oasis area that includes a jacuzzi, sauna, bar, and an additional bathroom. The second focal point is the south terrace, equipped with an outdoor fireplace and dining sets, offering panoramic views of the sea and the Dubrovnik archipelago islands.
Guests enter the villa through the main doors on the second floor from a private parking lot that provides parking for all vehicles. This floor houses four comfortable, luxuriously furnished bedrooms, each with satellite TV and a king-size bed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and large glass walls that offer panoramic views of the sea or the surrounding green landscape.
Indoor stairs lead down to the villa's first floor, which features a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining table for 8 people, and a spacious, comfortable living area with sofas and armchairs. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. From this central part, guests can access a spacious terrace with a grill and dining and relaxation sets through the glass wall. Stairs from the first floor lead to the ground floor, known as the relaxation floor, where guests will find a bar, a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a sea terrace with a large heated infinity pool and sun loungers.
Villa Nikola is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the property, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, satellite TVs, and a parking space for each guest. For larger groups, Villa Nikola can be rented along with the adjacent Villa Niko, providing spacious accommodation for up to 18 people.
