Although situated close to city centre, Villa offers peaceful retreat from everyday life, and less than 10 minutes’ walk away from famous Diocletian’s palace and famous Riva, a place of gathering where blend of past and present are met, and stories are told. Despite being located practically in the city centre, it offers total privacy for guests.
The outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi are surrounded by spacious terraces and a shaded garden with huge palms and lots of Mediterranean plants providing an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view, barbecue’s, cocktails, gala dinners or informal lunches. Cetrrdeset Devet Villa spreads on a property of 1000 m², and the villa itself covers an area of 500 m². Villa consists of the main building, which stretches over 3 floors. Villa has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and it can accommodate up to 10 persons. On the ground floor you will find kitchen, one bedroom with bathroom and living area functioning as a separate apartment connected with inside stairs with first floor. The first floor features large kitchen, vestibule with fire place, toilet, dining room with terrace, library, sauna, fitness and living room.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, TV and terrace overlooking sea. Also, there are 2 double bedrooms each with its own terrace, TV and with one common bathroom. One room has its own winter garden. The villa was built hundred years ago and has witnessed many important historical events. The villa is under protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia for its historical value and has been renovated in 2004.
Damage deposit of £1000.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).
