The entrance hall features a sweeping staircase, while the large lounge is comfortable and bright with a huge French window which opens to the garden. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on this floor. There is a double bedroom with full bathroom next to it and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor too. A staircase leads to the upper floor with 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms – all these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a lot of wardrobe space.
All bedrooms have access to terraces or balconies. The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort. Satellite TV and Wifi internet are also included. Quiros 2 is a large villa located just outside the residential area of Puerto Pollença, which is the most northerly town on Mallorca
. A charming village with a lively harbour that over the years has become a popular holiday location. It has a family friendly beach which is good for sports fans, those who enjoy water sports, cycling, biking, walking and even horse-riding. There are a wide range of restaurants, shops and bars, offering the best of Mallorcan foods and crafts.
The villa is located 1.5km from the centre of Puerto Pollença in a very peaceful area overlooking the sea. The white sandy beach is just 500m away, so that guests can choose between plunging into the large swimming pool or going for a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea.

10 of us stayed here for a cycling trip. First time on the island and can’t say enough about how great it was! The villa is perfect for a group. Very clean, excellent location to navigate rides from. Quiet yet walking distance to everything. We will book it again if/when we come back!
The property is a bit dated and a long walk from the port but the children loved the pool area .Good communication and all queries replied to straight away.
The villa was even more beautiful in real life than it was in the photographs. Our host provided a range of items (food and drink) for us that really helped when we first arrived. The villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard. We loved our stay and would love to return.
Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. Amazing property with fabulous pool. We had a party of 8 and this villa was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to a lovely restaurant and walk to the main centre and drive to nearby Alcúdia. The pool was fantastic and each bedroom was comfortable with en suite facilities Fantastic holiday.
A great location for those wanting to experience Port de Pollenca at a short walking distance safely along the beach. It also afford excellent and safe cycle routes across the Island. It is a private location and barely overlooked and the interior is stylish and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone with a small or large group.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely villa.The villa was perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space to read, relax, lounge, eat and play games. Also just a 5 min stroll to a pebble beach (where the locals hang out) and a 10 min stroll along the sea front, to the main tourist beach. Plenty of bars and resturants, and if you walk a little further (another 10 min stroll) there are some lovely shops to browse and a marina. If you stay here, I hope you enjoy the villa and Pollenca as much as I did.
Lovely spacious villa with pool in a beautiful place. Perfect for our family celebration. Pool was a lovely size and very clean. Lots of outside space with choice of seating areas giving shade or sun. Lots of bathrooms, very spacious. Table tennis was added bonus. Excellent restaurant just round the corner. When all 10 of us showered at the end of the day, the hot water did run out.
Beautiful, airy space, clean and well appointed. Good sized pool, lovely garden and barbecue deck too.
