The villa faces Easterly direction and enjoys sun around the pool during Summer months from 9am -5pm.There is a large open plan living spaces downstairs including a very large entrance hall and lounge and a very stylish open plan kitchen and eating area. Here you will find a Weber Gas BBQ and a fantastic stainless steel charcoal grill, perfect for family gatherings .
The living space has large patio doors leading to the outside space, with private pool which is approximately 7m x 4m and grassed area.
An attractive winding staircase leads to the upstairs which has 4 double bedrooms all with their own modern bathrooms, the master suite also has a dressing room, the beds are 2 x super king & 2 x king.
At Club Nautico, they offer everything from water sports, live music, snacks and Mediterranean cuisine, you can also hire Kayaks and Paddle boarding equipment.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.00 /adult/night).
