Villa Sucurac spans an impressive 1100m² plot with a living area of 320m², spread over three floors: the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The villa features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, and a playroom. It has five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and an additional guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 10+4 guests.
The villa’s courtyard is a highlight, featuring a large terrace with a private heated infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area. The lush greenery, plants, trees, and colorful flowers create a serene and inviting atmosphere. A covered outdoor dining area provides the perfect spot for alfresco meals.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island and high chairs, and a dining area. This floor also includes an entertainment room with a billiard table, table football, and a TV. One bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, and a guest toilet are also located on this floor.
The first floor houses four king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. Every room has a balcony offering magnificent views of Brač and Šolta islands and Split. Four extra beds are available upon request for additional guests. This floor also includes a room equipped with exercise equipment, an additional shower, a sauna, and a terrace with a Jacuzzi and seating area.
Ascending to the top floor via internal stairs, guests will find a large fenced terrace with a seating area. All rooms in Villa Sucurac are equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, LCD TVs, and underfloor heating. Parking is available on the premises for guests.

We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.
Great location
Beautiful house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly and accommodating. For example, you can rob your vegetable garden next door for cooking. Well suited as a base for cycling training camp!
The villa is conveniently located and beautiful, but on narrow roads. The kitchen is very well equipped. Food for breakfast was also provided. Everything was very clean. Since we had cooler weather, it was a little damp and cool in the house at the beginning. However, we were provided on request immediately a gas heater for the bathroom. The terrace, the garden and the pool are wonderful and in bathing weather this must be a dream. We were a little surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living room (but we would have needed it only for heating). But all in all wonderful, we can recommend the villa without hesitation.
Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered.The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.

Smart interior, great pool and generous garden, private, short walk to restaurants of Pollensa old town, easy access to beaches. A perfect family holiday villa!

Cute house amongst other villas and farms. has everything you need. clean and Nice rooms but not air-condition in all rooms. would definitely return to this house.
Great villa and exceptional value. The pool is a particular highlight as is the garden space.

The photos on Airbnb do not do this place justice, it is absolutely palatial, with so much space and beautifully decorated in traditional style. Our multigenerational family of 9 had the best time playing in the pool and huge garden, we used the bbq several times and played all the board games In the cupboard, and we will be back. It’s a 15-minute walk down to a gorgeous beach and 10 mins to the supermarket.
Great accommodation located a couple of minutes from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped (we have travelled several times a year for the past couple of decades and this is in the top 5 of kitchens for pots/pans, plates & utensils). The water pressure in the showers was very good. Pool isn't massive but most of the time we had it to ourselves (there are only 8 properties with access). Internet speed was really good. Due to a storm overnight we woke to a power outage as the circuit breaker had tripped and wouldn't reset. I messaged the agency team (out of hours) just after 07:00 & they messaged back within 15 minutes. Luckily I'd managed to get it to reset by then but all communication we had was prompt and polite.

Enjoyed stay. House and area is beautiful and so peaceful and an easy walk to town. Be aware that there’s no air conditioning but area is safe and keeping windows open at night helps.
The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Would definitely recommend it truly is a lovely place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so very much

A corner of heaven! We took great advantage of the outdoors, especially with the pool and spaces around. The garden and terrace are very pleasant.Inside the house is cute and clean, it's a holiday home. It has everything you need for check-in. Be careful to think about water bottles because tap water is not drinkable.The location of the house is a very good base for visiting the beautiful corners of the island. We were able to do activities (canoeing, hiking, swimming in the sea caves) and very good restaurants are nearby. Only drawback: the address is a little complicated to find on GPS and the surrounding roads are a little narrow. But it's not inconvenient once you get used to it.We had a very nice stay in the sun!
Quirky house with beautiful garden and fabulous location
Three generations of our family stayed in casa Pont Roma aged from late 20 to early 80s and had a wonderful holiday.. The outside space was particularly appreciated and the provision of the table tennis table was a fun addition for the more energetic. The house allowed for separate spaces to be sociable or watch TV without disturbing the rest of the party. It would have been good to have a downstairs toilet which was not outside as the stairs were quite steep. The location was great, within walking distance of the pretty town.
