Villa Tollequeta is just a two-minute drive from the charming village of Pollensa. The stunning beaches of Cala San Vicente, located 5 km away, offer crystal-clear waters and breathtaking rock formations making it an ideal spot for diving and relaxation.
The upper floor features three inviting bedrooms. One bedroom has a 135 cm bed and a private terrace, providing a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air. Adjacent to it is a full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds, while a mezzanine-level bedroom also features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground floor, the villa boasts a charming living and dining area, complete with a Smart TV and a spacious dining table for up to six guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with a convenient storage room.
The true highlight of Villa Tollequeta is its tranquil outdoor area. Surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden, it offers various seating areas perfect for relaxation. The private pool, measuring 7 by 3 meters with a depth of 1 to 2 meters, invites guests to cool off under the Mallorcan sun. The outdoor experience is completed by a fantastic barbecue house with a large dining area, as well as an additional outdoor bathroom near the pool. For those who enjoy staying active, a table tennis table is also available.
