Villa Verdant is a beautifully refurbished country finca, boasting breathtaking views of the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana Mountains. Ideally situated just minutes from the historic old town of Pollensa in North Mallorca, this country retreat comprises a Main House and a charming Guest House, both offering spectacular vistas of the Vall d’en Colonya Valley and surrounding mountains.
As you step into Villa Verdant, you'll be greeted by a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The interior features white walls, exposed beams, and neutral tones, all complemented by luxurious furnishings. Original elements, such as the beams and stunning archways, have been meticulously preserved, adding to the villa's enchanting atmosphere.
The main house underwent a complete refurbishment in 2019, with significant upgrades including brand new bathrooms with underfloor heating, a modern kitchen, and state-of-the-art hot/cold air conditioning throughout.
The ground floor offers a welcoming living area, an additional seating area, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen, all seamlessly connected for easy living. A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is also located on this level. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, along with three bathrooms (two of which are ensuite). Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure comfort and style.
The separate Guest House provides an extra double bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchenette, including a fridge, offering additional privacy and convenience.
