Built as a luxury family home, it has large, incredibly light and airy rooms that open on to extensive terraces that are partly shaded and comfortably furnished, well equipped for outdoor living. The villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat can be hired on a daily basis
The two master suites can be found off the main entrance hall. Both benefit from full glass windows that allow access to breath-taking sea and mountain views. Black out curtains open to let sunbeams flood the airy room with warm Mediterranean light. Opposite the bed, the TV screen is linked to the central satellite. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to enjoy breakfast or to relax in their own private domain. The bathrooms are a sublime example of understated opulence and provide everything that you will require during your luxury stay. The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area which benefit from folding glass doors that allow air and light into the room and create a beautiful alfresco living area. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can be found on this level. Two further ensuite bedrooms have patio doors that lead out onto the main terrace, with idyllic panoramic sea views and full advantage of the private pool. A self-contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
